As for supporting county law libraries (as I am a former county law library from Oklahoma), I'm sure there is something that we could do to help you. Anytime you have a questions, just post it here and take advantage of the diversity of the group. I've found that a lot of times having someone from outside your specific expertise look at an issue, they tend to come up with unique ways of answer the question that I may not have even thought about.
